Collins Brothers Towing of St.Cloud, Inc.

I had a positive experience with Collins Brothers when needing a tow. Requested roadside assistance and they were prompt to meet me where the vehicle was located. Called me immediately to clarify the situation and the timing (I needed to first release the vehicle from impound). The driver was friendly and courteous. He was also quick and efficient and hooked up (and detached) the car with ease and regularity. It is obvious he knows what he is doing! Also, was able to park the car in the back driveway -- he maneuvered the car and tow truck very smoothly, clearing the grass and gutter. Would definitely use them again! Thank you for a pleasant tow experience!

The tow driver that came to pick up my charger, was willing to attempt to help me fix it, despite me calling them for just a tow. It wasn’t until we determined that it wouldn’t be fixed that he was committee to tow it. They only took 10 minutes to get there, the driver was super friendly, took his time to help and promptly returned my vehicle 50+ miles to my home. Out of all the tow companies that I’ve worked with, over the decades I’ve been driving, this one was the best. It’s when drivers like this attempt to help a client and make a difference that they set a bar above the others. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a toll. Reliable and prompt.

I broke down on 23 infront of KFC on Monday I called AAA. The lady on the phone was moving slow. I told her to dispatch Collin Brothers. I requested to be towed back to Avon. I rode with the tow truck driver. He arrived quickly. Towed my car then picked me up from the gas station I went into avoid the crazies of the road. He respected and listened to me when I said my wanted my car picked first then myself as people immediately started screaming at me when my very nice SUV broke down. This driver arrived quickly and I enjoyed my drive with him. We talked the entire drive back to Avon. A nice ending to a stressful incident. I was towed within 30 of starting my phone call with AAA.

On my way from MD to MT towing a camper, I got stranded at a Pilot truck stop and called AAA. Taylor came out to help me. He was so helpful diagnosing the problem as my alternator. When I found a shop open on a Sunday, he came right back out and towed it over for me. Super kind, polite, and professional. Also knowledgeable!

Taylor at Collin’s Brothers St. Cloud towing was absolutely amazing! He was more than helpful, he got to us in great timing and was extremely communicative the entire time. He took the time to look, listen, and even when there was a miscommunication on the drop off location, he messaged me right away. That is what you call service! Very thankful that he was the one to pick up my vehicle. I knew it was in great hands with him! Thank you again, Taylor!
